Hello all, I am new here. I am looking for friends an support, I am growing anxious and deep down, I'm very scare.

Looking for soneone with similar numbers as me to tchat about our journey and give eachother advise. My surgery date is July 23 in Worcester MA.

Hi..i understand exactly how you fill. I am going through it too "fear of failure" for the past couple weeks I am not sleeping or even thinking right. Very anxious. I talked to the psychiatric for the group and she said that is better to experience this emotions now before surgery, because you are preparing the emotional part of yourself it will prevent depresion after the surgery, it is like grieving the anticipated change. Hang in there its going to be fine
