  1. Oh no! What are you talking about?!! A doctor should not take advantage of his "position of power" and seduce his patients! This is not a man/woman thing - this is an abuse of power thing! And it's unethical!!
  2. Thank you. I feel like you did the right thing. He is an unethical human being.
  3. You're right. When I first saw this post I was like "WTH"? But now I believe it. The OP took on a new identity so she is protected. Please tell others. I went to Mexico and I would have wanted to know this info prior to going. Even though this would not have happened to me because I'm older and not pretty like the OP, I would NEVER support a Dr. who did this to ANY woman!!
  4. Some people choose not to tell people outside their family and close friends. If you don't want to tell others, you don't have to. If they ask, you might tell them that you are losing through a high protein diet and exercise - which will be the truth.
  5. My fitness pal has an area for "notes". So you could record your mood there. I hurt my back a couple days ago so my exercise minutes went down. I recorded "hurt back" in my notes just for my own benefit - so I would remember that for future reference.
  6. Vane86, I am so sorry for your loss of your husband. It seems to me that it would be natural for your husband to leave you everything. You are his wife. Good for you for doing something to take care of your health! I wish you the best!!
  7. Thanks for sharing Shirlann. I upped mine too a few days ago and now I've lost 3 pds in 2 days. Yay! I've also really upped my Protein intake.
  8. Thanks for sharing! How much have you lost since you upped your calories?
  9. Wait! What?! Please tell us why you were in the hospital 5 months and why you need a home care nurse for 3 months? I am proud of you too, Jane!!
  10. What are your percentages on Protein, carbs, and fat?
  11. Foaming is one of the side effects. My doctor says to drink something warm to dissolve it. Hope this helps. Sorry you are having a hard time.
  12. If water is hard to drink, try smart water or Fiji water. They are "softer" than tap water :-). Take it easy at Walmart. I went when I was a few days out and was exhausted when I got home!
  13. Thanks!! I have a feeling that might be all for the month because of my stall, but if I lost 22 pounds each month I would be delighted!!!!
  14. Surgery 5/31 CW: 231. 22 pounds down (same as last week). In a stall for 8 days.
  15. How are you doing? Every day gets better so hang in there!!!! :-)
  16. You hit "Onederland!" Yay for you!!!!!
  17. Yes definitely! Official weigh in tomorrow, but I haven't lost anything in 7 days.
