I am a week and a half away from having surgery, and I can't wait for restriction! I was supposed to have surgery in November, but I got a blood clot in my leg -- postponing it for 6 more months. It has been so hard to be consistent in eating well, with the set-backs. It is encouraging to me to hear that the tool does help with fullness and restraint. Have any of you had much experience with vomiting since surgery? Or have you mastered the "edge" fairly quickly to avoid it?
