Hrm... Well, I realize this is for comic impact and you don't really want poor people who are only doing their best to survive and put food on the table for their kids to kill themselves... But remember that most of those people are just trying to survive however they can, and they don't necessarily like their jobs either! I worked two jobs in telemarketing when my two kids were young, and they were sucky jobs, but they paid better than anything else available to me and I had two kids to take care of, so.... I wasn't mad at people for hating my calls, but I don't think I needed to kill myself either.
