I've decided to start videoing myself as I do my laps at the gym to help motivate myself and others!

Just got home from doing 17 laps in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi...going to bed now! back at it tomorrow!

Just got home from the gym..Im proud of myself that I did 12 laps in the pool.
