    How come it is so dang hard to reach goals. Everytime I get to a milestone (10,20,25,30,40,50,60,70,80,etc) I have come to a dead stop or gained weight for days before reaching the goal. It sucks!
     
    I have been at 79 pounds lost for like 2 weeks now.
