Mostly SF stuff except for v8 splash light, ill have to try broth, though it sounds... Well... I guess I'll have to try it.

My two week liquid diet is supposed to start tue the 23rd. I work mon-fri. Should I start the liquid diet Friday night (before, not after;)) so my body has time to recover for work the next week? I can't belie I'm actually asking this...

I'm assuming since I have no idea what that means, they are clipless, both shoes and pedals.

I am using an adult-sized tricycle. It is on the road, as smooth as I can get it.

I bought some SF cherry Davani's flavor from wal-mart, and it didn't seem very, well, flavorfull to me. I used some in a snow cone, and though it is possible I didn't use enough (though the ice was a nice, red color), I just don't know. I know sf stuff typically has less flavor OOMPH than non-SF, but what are other people's experience?

I think the two week liquid diet will be worse than the surgery itself, but I'll survive...

Checked today, and due to a busy week, and a death in the family of one of the staff, I'll probably get a date on Tuesday. I'm next in line apparently

When I'm pedaling,I notice my feet start tilting to the side of my foot instead of the sole of my feet. Is my seat up too high or is something else wrong?

Well, it is starting to look like"soon"isn't today, either hopefully tomorrow..

One of there restrictions added in may was 3 months = 90 days, or something similar. once you've got all of their requirements filled, they'll approve you.

I received this notice from my surgeon's coordinator today! === Hi Dan, I just received an call for the last clearance! Mary will be double checking everything……so should get a surgery date soon. We are very busy tomorrow so probably won’t be tomorrow but soon. === What? Not even Tomorrow? It should be today! I want my date! Make them all work overtime! And soon,.what kind of timeline is that?!? /sigh don't they know I'm waiting??? Mememememememe!!!

Approved by insurance, had all pre-op testing, now I'm just waiting for a date... I may have one as early as tomorrow am, though.

Caffeine wasn't so bad, just headaches for a day. Carbonation was MUCH harder, ironically enough...
