Holly, I don't know you, so take this with a grain of salt. If his cheating on you causes you distress, you need counseling. He isn't going to want to go, but if he does love you, and wants to make your relationship work, it needs to happen. I am a male in a strictly monogamous relationship, so my situation is obviously different than yours, but he sounds like dirt.do you have kids together? -

I had an endoscopy about a year ago for a different issue... Super easy, I don't remember anything but the doc talking, and waking up in the recovery room. Not even a sore throat. No worries, you will all be fine.

I have some friends who are married and poly. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to have a healthy relationship with your spouse. Counseling is a great idea, and he does seem like a jerk. -
They are high in protein, usually very moist, low fat/sugar? How do people feel about these when they're a year out, and need something quick?
