I would like to do a complete make over to what everyone eats at my house. I know I can't get rid of everything they like but we should all be eating healthier. Is there anyone that has done anything different when cooking for the family?
I met my surgeon today and we have set a date of June 6. I am so excited. I sort of want to start drinking a protein shake at lunch to get ready for the pre op diet. What has everyone else done to prepare before the surgery? Does anyone still drink coke zero? What about starting to exercise now?
Tomorrow is my big day to meet my surgeon. I have already been approved for my surgery. Now I get to find out what else I need to do to prepare for my surgery. Praying some new obstacles will not get in my way of doing this surgery on June 6.
I am hoping to set a June 6th date. I meet with my surgeon first on Wednesday. Not sure what he will have me doing but I am so ready. I am excited and nervous and a little worried about the pain.
Before I got on this sight, which was yesterday. I was not aware of a lot of things I am going to be going through. My first appt with the surgeon in Wednesday. I have been approved but now comes the test of the story. I am nervous but I have been wanting this for a long time. I want to have my surgery the first week of June. I hope it goes my way. I just learned about this pre op diet. Did you do anything different before your 2 weeks of pre op dieting?
I have doing all of my pre-approval requirements to get approved for my surgery. I am so excited to have been approved day before yesterday. I just found out about this app. today and glad I did. I have a Dr. Appt. on Wednesday to talk to the surgeon for the first time. The surgeons office requires you to go through the Weight Loss Center at the Hospital to be approved. They said I could have my surgery in two weeks. I am going to schedule it for June 6th if he can do it that day. I am so excited.
