Sleeve date set

I met my surgeon today and we have set a date of June 6. I am so excited. I sort of want to start drinking a protein shake at lunch to get ready for the pre op diet. What has everyone else done to prepare before the surgery? Does anyone still drink coke zero? What about starting to exercise now?

June 5 here! I am curious to know as well...about the prep. I have started getting my kitchen needs together. (I didn't have a food processor/blender) and making a hospital packing list. Also, trying to find the best place to buy protein powders.

I was told to give up carbonation before surgery. I bought a small blender from amazon that I used for the shakes, do yourself a favor try a few now, because it does take some time to find one that you will like. I went with unjury chocolate splendor, you can buy sample sized packs from their website.

Good luck!
