I've had some ups and downs. But still positively worth it. Since the very first office visit I'm down 71 lbs and this time I know it will STAY off. It's a very slow process but I wouldn't change anything. It gave me lots of time to learn what I should and shouldn't be doing. Right now my biggest issue is remembering to chew and eat slowly. But my band reminds me!!
