My dr did it after my paperwork was submitted to the insurance company...maybe your dr will schedule it at the pre-OP appt...do you have your surgery date yet?

Hi Ladies, I am waiting for my insurance approval now....been through all the appointments and cleared all the consults etc....getting excited too!! Btw, I do have sleep apnea and use a CPAP...just had to get a compliance report printed out and pulmonary clearance...not bad. -
