I have 54 more pounds till my goal and I dont know how to jump start it to start losing again I am scared ill gain it all back and feel like a loser anyone have any ideas to jump start my metabolism and get it going again? Please help

Hey my name is stephanie i am 23 i just had my surgery april 19th and I still am having mixed emotions about my future I am nervous about the recovery and how long it will take I also have gas still in my stomach and I just want it gone. I would love to talk to anyone to help me with this journey of mine

I don't live in texas but I am 23 and just had my surgery on April 19th I am here if you would like to talk about it u know I could always use more support in my journey

This has been a rollercoaster of emotions I want to eat all the normal goods again but I can't I miss eating a true meal and having these gas pains do NOT help does anyone have any advide on getting rid of the gas quick? And helping me with these mixed emotions
