  1. It's your body and you can do with it whatever you please. You don't owe anyone an explanation! You can tell as much or as little as you are comfortable with. I've been very open about WLS it's just easier for me to be honest so I never worry about who I told what to. You'll have to do what ever feels natural to you. I found people to be very supportive when they learn I had surgery. A lot of people have questions about it and how it works, including people who are obese and are afraid to take the step we took. Do what you need to do for your health. Good luck, and there is plenty of support on this site!

  2. I understand your frustration, but the question remains...Are you working out? None of us got into this situation by exercising regularly and eating well, and we aren't going to get out of this situation by continuing the habits we had before surgery. I'm not trying to lecture at all, but surgery- either lap band or sleeve is not a magic bullet. You have to do your part as well, and that means getting off the couch and getting moving. Even walking around your neighborhood for a half hour after dinner will make a huge difference. Probably time to face the music and really consider your activity level here. It's not likely that two weight loss surgery "failures" are the problem here. Sometimes the truth hurts...
