  1. Genetics really is such a HUGE factor! I wish I had the awesome gene too... I struggle to gain muscle (I know girls don't gain muscle like testosterone fueled men, but I feel I struggle more than the typical female). I've finally become more consistent with my nightly casein (hate the flavor or texture, but I paid too much money and I'm going to going finish it!) and I've seen a slight difference. I shall see how it goes... Anyway...I hear you Fiddle! You're looking great by the way!
  2. Looking good girl! I'm a slow loser too, but it's coming off and I love my sleeve too! Congrats on your success!!!
  3. Wow girl!!! You look AWESOME!!! You're going to disappear if you lose another 30! Lol! Congrats on your success!
  4. You look absolutely, irrevocably, without a doubt amazing!!!! VERY HUNKY for sure! Lol!!! Good for you
  5. Wow! What a difference! Looking good girlie!!!
  6. Lol!!!! Now that's an NSV right there! I literally laughed out loud...that has to be the best embarrassing/victory moment I've read on here...thanks for sharing! And congrats on your awesome weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Haven't posted in this thread in a while... HW: 247/248 SW: 228 (6/18/2013) 9 weeks, 3 days later: 193 35 pounds down from surgery 54/55 pounds down from highest weight
  8. Congrats on your weight loss! 20 pounds is 20 pounds and your weight is heading in the right direction, so keep doing what you're doing!
  9. Wow, wow, WOW!!! You look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!
  10. I agree with you 100%! Thanks for the compliment
  11. I agree with Fiddle...I didn't feel close to "normal" until the end of the 3rd week. I had help lifting kids, heavy things, and completing anything strenuous up until the 6th week. But energy levels were definitely back to full swing by the end if the fourth week. Everybody is different, listen to your body.
  12. Thank you so much! You made my day!!! I feel happier... and TJL, I can't wait to see my results next week either!
  13. 9 weeks post-op (as of tomorrow), 33 pounds down since surgery, 52 pounds down from highest weight.
  14. My clothes are way too loose as well! Finally had to give up and buy a few things for work or risk going back looking like I took a permanent dump in my back side. Went from 18/20 W to a 16 misses. The 14 W pants were too big from my legs. SOOO happy to be able to shop in the misses section again!
  15. Thanks again for the compliments everyone
