66 Pounds Down!
I still need about 34 pounds to get to goal, but I'm definitely LOVING my new body! My highest weight was almost 250, lost 20 pre-op and 46 pounds post-op. I just had my 3 month surgeversary, and I'm loving every minute! (Well, with the exception of the first 2 weeks post-op! Haha!) Good luck newbies and I wish continued success to all my sleeve brothers and sisters! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I'm back! After getting really sick and hospitalized with pneumonia, I was unable to exercise. However, I ran 5 miles this morning and I'm about to hit my elliptical for another 5 miles. That will put me at 30 miles. I know I'm behind, but I plan to catch up by the end of the week! Sent from my iPhone using VST- june 2013 sleevers!

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ridgely9.htm This page not only talks about the muscles used (primary and secondary), but goes into detail as well about the movement. If you're having a hard time, you might want to concentrate on building your lats (latissimus Dorsi), posterior deltoids, traps, and rhomboid with lifts like the lat pull downs, standing straight flies (with thumb up to target posterior deltoids), shoulder presses, shrugs, bent over rows/flies, etc. Just want to say you are doing awesome and that you truly are an inspiration as to what one can achieve with knowledge, dedication, and motivation. Keep it up Fiddle. I always look forward to reading your posts. Sent from my iPhone using VST- 100 lbs.....GONE!
