My vsg surgery and 3 day hospital stay was over 250k and this does not include my surgeons fee. Crazy!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good tasting, natural Protein Shake or powder? Something w/o any artificial sweetners?

I'm 11 weeks post op. I sip on smart Water all day long and I usually drink about 70-90 oz of water per day. Regardless, I always feel thirsty. Some days, I can not quench my thirst. Any ideas?

I'm looking for a support group that meets in the Bay Area (preferably in San Jose). My surgeon (Dr. Cirangle) hosts one once a month' date=' but I haven't found it particularly helpful as a support group; it's more of a seminar for people interested in being sleeved, not those who have already been sleeved. I'd like to find a group for already sleeved people with whom I can discuss challenges, get advice & support. A web search didn't turn up anything.

Medifast b b q bites.......

I tried these pre surgery...yum! I'm only 3 1/2 weeks post op, but can't wait to have them again in a few weeks.

I was sleeved 5/14 and I'm back on puree b/c my tummy didn't like softs when I tried them this past week. I went to my son's baseball tourney all day yesterday(my first all day outing since surgery) and I was sitting around all the parents eating snack shack foods..soft pretzels, bbq, burgers & hot dogs, nachos...it was tough, but I stayed focused on my son and the game and I made it through.

I had the same problem. The dermatologist told me I had an allergic reaction to the 3M adhesive from the tape.

I'm 9 days out(5/14 surgery date) & last night was the first night I could lay flat in bed in any fashion. Prior to that, I slept in my recliner comfortably.
