  1. My first goal was to be at 199 by July 4th! I weighed myself on the 4th of July and was at 200.8 but today I was at 199 lbs. I was ecstatic! I hope this is the beginning of many goals I will be reaching. YAY! for me!
  2. I see the difference in my clothes more than on the scale. I also have the couple week stalls and get a little worried but know that it will come off if I keep on track.
  3. I am interested in getting some samples of Muscle Milks Samples. I am currently using Muscle MIlk Chocolate flavored and love it. It is the best tasting to me. I have heard great things about Muscle Milks Lite Cake Batter and other flavors but being that they are so expensive would hate to buy a container and not like. Does anybody know where I can get samples?
  4. My hair is thin as well and breaking off. Good Suggestions about new hair growth.
  5. I love the chocolate Muscle Milk! I have also bought the cookies and cream but have not tried it yet. I am also going to be getting the cake batter since the compliments on here. Thanks for the suggestions.
  6. I started feeling this way too. I decided to go back to basics. Protein shakes and liquid. I really think it is mind over matter. I want to eat and crave food but do I really need it....no. I am 2 months out and recently started snacking here and there and gained 2 lbs. So now for 2 days I am back to the beginning and I feel better today and am not hungry.
  7. I don't think any of us can down 5-6 cups of coffee a day and still get our protein and water in. I know I can't finish one cup now.
  8. I had started getting a sharp pain on right side under right rib yesterday. I took some pain medicine and it became tolerable now it is tender and still a little pain. I was wondering if anybody experienced the same thing? I was thinking maybe ulcer, I am two months out from surgery.
  9. I had a 1 month after and was fine. I wasn't drinking a lot but a shot would be okay and I really didn't have a huge reaction to it. My doc says a couple months too but I did it.

  12. Black tea? Does it have a lot of caffeine? I would drink coffee in the AM for the caffeine not the tast so yes I want the caffeine. I tried crystal lite energy and they really don't do much for me.
  13. I eat about 6 a day too. Water has become hard for me to get down and upsets my tummy. Popsicles are my main source of liquid besides protein shakes. My kids think it funny to see me eat so many.
  14. I have decided coffee isn't really agreeing with me and was wondering what others have tried for a little energy boost in the morning. What is your alternatives to coffee?
  15. I will be trying, sounds good!
  16. I can only handle a little coffee and I have to be very careful what I put in the coffee. A lot of things will not agree with your stomach.
  17. That sounds good! Where did you get that?
  18. I agree my tummy does not agree with the creamer now but a tall cookie crumble frappucino is what I have come to like and doesn't bother me either but I do know that it is not a great choice. Maybe I can try a little black coffee in the morning.
  19. I was a big coffee drinker before surgery and now after it was hard not having it especially when I wake up @ 2 AM to go to work. I didn't drink any until a month after surgery. I love my coffee and cream and sugar which I know is a bad choice. Any suggestions for me?
  20. How does everybody feel about coffee? I was a big time coffee drinker before and was mourning my coffe the first month 2 weeks ago I tried again first time since surgery. I love my coffe but I also love with cream and sugar. I know that's not a good choice but what is a girl to do?
  21. Thanks for the good advice...I have been doing great with protein. I average 40-60 grams a day but water is my struggle. I feel the same way about hours in a day. It seems like not enough hours in a day to drink fluids since I am sipping such small amounts still.
  22. I had surgery on March 19th and the first month was fine. Now for the past 2 weeks I have had a really hard time getting water down. When I take a drink it upsets my stomach. I really have to take small sips and because it upsets my stomach I have been trying to avoid water. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem? It doesn't bother my stomach when I have a protein shake.
