I had surgery on March 19th and the first month was fine. Now for the past 2 weeks I have had a really hard time getting water down. When I take a drink it upsets my stomach. I really have to take small sips and because it upsets my stomach I have been trying to avoid water. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem? It doesn't bother my stomach when I have a protein shake.

How does everybody feel about coffee? I was a big time coffee drinker before and was mourning my coffe the first month 2 weeks ago I tried again first time since surgery. I love my coffe but I also love with cream and sugar. I know that's not a good choice but what is a girl to do?

Thanks for the good advice...I have been doing great with protein. I average 40-60 grams a day but water is my struggle. I feel the same way about hours in a day. It seems like not enough hours in a day to drink fluids since I am sipping such small amounts still.
