I dont really burp, sometimes I wish I could, but I have terrible gurgling sounds. It embarrasses me so much especially when I am around people that don't know I had surgery. The ones that do know I have explained to but they say they can't hear it but I think they are being nice. The ones that don't know haven't said anything. It's not just when I eat and drink its at any time. I take Prilosec and the chewable gas-x plus sometimes rantidine (acid reducer). It's ridiculous. Sometimes I feel like my whole esophagus & stomach is a big open pipe with bubbles running up and down and sideways.

Pretty even and I say Cashews are way yummier so they get my vote!

How much did you increase your calories?

It was good to read I'm not the only one frustrated with how slow I am losing. Pre surgery diet started 266.5 Day of surgery 257.5 June 18 242 and havent budged since. I had two periods of no loss for 5 days so today I expected a loss but nope.

So sorry to hear you are going through this. I will be watching to see what advice you get. I didn't expect this to be so frustrating when I am following all the rules.

My Drs instructions were only walking for the first 4 weeks.

I had not had any caffeine since May 13th and this being my first week back to work I was kind of dragging today so I decided to try my sample of Chike Iced coffee. They don't say exactly how much caffeine is in it they say "Each serving of Chike Iced Coffee is equivalent to a cup of the leading premium coffee." It tastes great but after not having caffeine for over a month I was shaking and had that speedy feeling on only 2/3 of it! So maybe be careful to not have your usual amount and start small. That would not have had any effect on me a couple months ago.

Just wonderful! I am amazed at your statistics. I haven't seen anyone else lose the first 50 so fast and to lose 134 since Sept 14! You must not even recognize your own body. Do you forget that you don't take up as much space anymore? Congratulations and you look beautiful.

I got all three direct from their respective web sites. You can also get some samples from Amazon. I dont know if its ok to post website URLs on here but you can google them all by their names. Chike is called Chike Nutrition. I'm glad I had gotten samples from nectar because I hate them all. I would be unhappy if I had a whole canister.

I just recieved my sample pack from Chike yesterday and last night I had the Bananna and it was really good! I also have samples coming from Click and Big train. All 3 of those have coffee flavors.

I can drink the Vanilla but I'm glad I only got one box. I think I might put some water enhancer drops in it next time. They advertise a Strawberry, I haven't found it at any Sams Clubs here though. I have the Premier chocolate at least once a day.

I know just how you feel, I dont even know how many years I could not wear my wedding ring and because it has a carved pattern all around it, could not get it sized up. When I could wear it again it was very emotional. Even now 4 years later I really love seeing it on my finger.

I did that too. I didn't think I overdid it that much but I gained 7.5 lbs in about a month! I did have fudge my last weekend so it is mostly to blame.

I have oily skin and giant pores. The primer fills in the pores and makes your makeup glide on easily- I use a rather dry makeup. The tube lasts a very long time too.

I wasn't alone but it would have been OK if I was. The driver is going to take you where you need to go. It will be boring laying in a hospital bed with no one in the room but otherwise it would be OK. We were going to use Skype in Mexico but we never did. We actually communicated with everyone using Facebook messenger. Just like texting only free.

Monostat makes a gel for chafing. I have never used it for that purpose- I use it as make-up primer but maybe it would hold up in a sweaty area. In WalMart they sell it next to the other "feminine products".

Thanks I will have to try this. Funny the drops are simethicone which is what I take afterwards for gas! I'm sure it will be much better having it in the shake.

I'm using the same Protein powder as before surgery and now my shakes are coming out too frothy and I can't drink them. They give me too much painful gas now. I'm 9 days after surgery. I used to mainly use soy milk but sometimes used fat free milk. Since my surgery I have only been using fat free milk. Could that be the problem? I've. Tried less crushed ice, more crushed ice, I don't know what else to try. I swear they were not frothy before I had surgery but maybe I never noticed? if it weren't for RTD I don't know what I would do. Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you done that all along? Ate Protein every two hours? I've been eating 1/4 cup protein 3 meals & 2 Protein shakes a day. I wonder if I would be better off splitting my 3 meals into 6? I'm on purée.

That's so weird when I saw this before the stall picture didn't show. The day we were departing an Alaskan cruise there was a lady stuck in a stall on the ship.

I rely on the Premier Protein to get enough protein. Half way through a carton I stick it in the freezer for 5 or 10 minutes, I like it much better kind of frosty. I got tired of the vanilla easily I wish my Sams Club sold the Strawberry but I am stocked up on Chocolate because I know I will be drinking it for months. Funny I thought the EAS cost more here, I will have to look into it again.

Do you have reflux? If I dont take Prilosec brushing my teeth makes me throw up. That was the same before surgery.

I was sleeved a week after you and I'm having the fatique issue too. I started with extra iron 2 days ago but so far nothing. I do some housework and get so tired I take a break, over and over. I'm disappointed in how little I get done. Monday I go back to work, hopefully that will help perk me up.

Its so nice to read this and see you have lost a significant amount. SGERON too! This Forum keeps me a little saner.
