I'm doing about 2oz in 15mins ... & I get the gurgling & all the noise & I burp after every sip !! It hurts but not horrible ... I think it's pretty normal -

Yea clear protein for week then I can do shakes

Start measuring 1/2 cup 1/4 everything now , getting use to sugar free stuff , getting use to no caffeine so u don't have with drawl ... It actually helped me ... So the taste aren't so yucky ... I use to like Crystal light lemonade now it makes me gag but i can do pink lemonade go figure !!!

I'm doing ok ... I'm very tired & sore .. But I been sipping & walking & napping the last 2 days .its really hot so I been in the ac all day walking in the house .. But in getting in my liquids , & started Vitamins .. So far everything is the way it's suppose to be

I'm okay ... I'm walking around the house , then I get tired and I sit , then I take a nap , do some more sipping lots of gas but everyday feels better , my insicion I hurts but I'm only taking the painkiller @ night when I go to sleep !! Did u start taking ur Vitamins ?
