I find it most helpful when others make their food diary visible to your friends. You have to go into settings/diary settings and select friends only under diary setting. The default is private. If you share your food diary with friends' date=' please add me. Username rlindameyerhoeffer

My full feeling is a pain in my chest. Not heart attack pain but like a tightness (something stuck in my chest) as if the food didn't go all the way down. I also start to hiccup or belch - not that sexy but hey' date=' it's my new thing. As for feeling full...I 100% agree with what Richard said. If you are content without the full feeling, go with that. Also remember that it takes months for your sleeve to heal and sometimes we don't feel full because there is still a bit of swolen soreness/numbness that is going on.
Now's the time to really weigh and measure.[/quote']
I feel the same as twinsmama it's like something is stuck and I hiccup and burp :/ ... I measure everything I was sleeved on 7-11

Every bodies amount of Protein is different that's why we have to work with our Nut.. Because it changes as u go thru your weight loss and the amount of exercise we do ...in the beginning I was @ 100gr of protein then as I loss weight it has come down ,, after surgery it changed again ... & when I start working out its going to change again

I had surgery on July 11 & I'm still very tired ... I had my 2 week post op visit today & he said its normal we had major surgery and our bodies are still healing ... He said not to expect to be back to normal till about 4 -6 weeks from surgery so hopefully I got another 2 weeks and I'm good ... He said to make sure I'm getting my Protein Vitamins and fluids in !!! Good luck
