  1. If I chew gum or suck on weathers while cooking, I don't eat the whole time like usual. I think the above posters answer is your solution, but perhaps guy will help in the meantime? Good luck.
  2. I bought mine at the fitness section in Walmart for $7. Used it with both of my pregnancies as well. It is not sized- it has velcro all the way around so it can shrink with you.
  3. Did you make a decision? I just went tolopez last week and am extremely pleased with all aspects.

  5. The day I got home. And yesterday and today too. Lol. I was sleeved the 19th. We just aren't going rough, not much moving and jiggling.

  7. Try different protein shakes. If you have a smoothie king near you, get a gladiator. Tons of protein and super good.
  8. Thanks! I got it done on Wednesday, the 19. I'm waiting at the Marriott now and leave for the airport home in an hour. I loooovvved the nurse with the blonde hair and braces at mi doctor. Jeneger, thanks for your videos. They helped ease my mind. Good luck to all you future folks! Mi Doctor was great.

  15. Momrox, hi how's it going for you? I was sleeved the 19th as well. First 24 hours were rough for me. Getting better but still tons of trapped gas which is very unpleasant. I was honestly hoping it would be easier than this. My two c-sections were a breeze but this has not been, so far. And all this walking is so hard. I hope you are doing well. Update us
  16. You'd definitely remember if you had one,you're lucky. It's a thing that hangs out of you and blood seeps out of it. They say it's an interesting feeling when they take it out.
  17. Does the gas decrease when the drain is taken out?
  18. Yep, same here. Sleep, sip, walk, sip, sleep etc. haven't slept more than two hours at a time. Not sure why? Maybe because I'm still in the hospital, but I get to leave today.

  21. I'm 5'3" 173. Bmi of 30. Was sleeved yesterday. Hurting from gas. Will let u all know how my weight loss goes. I'm a big fan of this low bmi thread.

  23. Dr Lopez asked for two weeks of protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a salad with meat for dinner. Then a 3 day liquiddiet. To be brutally honest, I didn't do it well at all. S Sleeved yesterday.

  25. Ashlie Marie, I have toooootally asked myself this several times. Definitely disadvantage.
