Abd binder

I'm trying to buy an abd binder online and want to make sure I but one that fits. I weigh abt 295 can anyone tell me what size their abd binder says on it that might help me.

Online I've seen 9 in 14 inch I just want to make sure it will fit

I think it depends on where you carry your weight and how tall you are. Do they give measurements? You don't want it to be too loose bc it will support your abdomen a lot. They do wrap around a lot and seem to have a lot of wiggle room within a size. I LOVED my abdominal binder. So glad the hospital gave me one. You might even want to consider getting two of them, so you have one to wear while you are washing the other one.

Do u know what size they gave u at the hospital?

I bought mine at the fitness section in Walmart for $7. Used it with both of my pregnancies as well. It is not sized- it has velcro all the way around so it can shrink with you.
