i actualy for a few weeks early on had two small thin ( love it thin and kind of crisp) slices of spam with my scrambled egg and it worked well. ive only saty off of it because i found such a good turkey sausage.

@Elode. We have a Hawaiian cafe here that sells three things, pork, chicken and spam. Either on a roll, on a platter or as sushi. The spam is their best seller!

That's because it's good stuff!
