Judy, Im so glad u had the guts 2 address this. I WANT 2 EAT ALL OF MY FAVORITES, & its a constant battle in my head. My mind is saying EAT IT but my stomach is saying U BETTER NOT. I cant lie I have tried somethings & my stomach was very upset with my choices. This surgery should come with a brain zap that makes u forget all of the things u use 2 eat, so we wouldnt have 2 go thru this WORLD WAR within ourselves. I am glad I got this surgery & it will save my life but this is the HARDEST thing I ever had 2 do. This is NOT the easy way out!

Congratulations on the weight lost. That is exactly how I was & I was even being mean to other ppl just bcuz they could eat & I couldnt BUT whn I went 2 the hospital 4 my surgery after 10 days on the liquids I had lost 13lbs...then it all becaome so worth it. 8lbs is hugeeeeeeee think about all the weight coming off just like that. BE ENCOURAGED!

Girl, I will admit; I was in tears reading this and wondered at times; why did you put up with it all. You have a good heart and I'm so happy you got a real man now, On the other hand, I experienced some bad thoughts about Josh when he wanted to put his hands on you etc. I really had flashes of slapping the ish out of him. God is Good and He will always bring you through. Josh needs a Bat and lots of Prayers LOL. So happy for you.

Im just like u smjuroska, I have to be in control...I was calling ppl like I worked for the doctor. Iwas having things sent 2 me & I faxed it 2 the doc cuz to me I feel like they take their time bcuz its not for them...I said hey this is life or death for me & I dont have NO time 2 waste. My good thing is, I will be sleeved monday June 3rd & I am SOOOOO ready...its been a long time coming

Giiirrrrrrrrrl!! You broke me down. I was so moved by your story and your strength to finally get out of that situation. You are now showing your boys an example of how a man should treat a woman. I really appreciate you sharing this and being a living witness to someone that needs to here your story to save them from their current story. Kudos! I can't wait to here about your progress!!

Your post really hit home with me too. I think all of us with kids, especially younger kids, have similar moments. Mine was a few weeks ago when my daughter (she's 3) asked me for a piggyback ride and then said "It doesn't work. You're too big!" when her legs didn't fit around me like they do when her daddy gives the ride. Ouch! But definitely affirmed my decision to move forward with my surgery. Now, I am excited and looking forward to the day when I can give her that piggyback ride properly!

Im getting sleeved June 3rd and I decided 1 way 2 leave my past hurts and feelings behind is to get my story out BEFORE I get this surgery...I have been holdin this in 2 long!!!!
