  18. I have hit a stall! Yes, I'm grateful for the 25lbs I have lost in less than a month and in no way am I complaining, but could someone tell me how to break the stall and get the scale moving again? I don't eat much still. I'm on liquids/puréed and most days consume less than 400 calories.
  19. I am almost a month post op. Yes, I followed my orders to a "T" but I am still unable to really eat or drink. You can forget protein shakes, I barely get in 20oz of water a day without feeling a very painful crushing sensation under my sternum. I also have tried several soft foods nothing works, even eggs I take 2 bites an have the same discomfort. I'm not sure if this is normal and will it get better. But in this heat I just long a big drink of water, something! But I sip and sip then end up hurting. Someone please give me some advice and let me know when this will become tolerable!
  20. You go girl!!! Please rub some of your fabulousness off on me!!! Your a total inspiration, I hope I have those results
  21. I work in Electrophysiology, and I can tell you first hand A-Fib is very very common. Most people convert to sinus rhythm on their own, if not you can take an anti-arrhythmic drugs. Sometimes we do have to shock but if you develop persistent A-Fib you can have a pulmonary ablation to help to chronic A-fib. You will feel tired, have shortness of breath, and sometimes feel dizzy when your heart is out of rhythm. I would consult a cardiologist/electrophysiologist if it becomes worrisome. Hope all the best to you!
  22. Great!!! I wish you well & I'm so sorry your having to go through this. Best of luck!
