  1. Sllloooowwww go at it. 176.4 I think I may be stalling
  2. I weighed 254.6 in July of 2013 as if Jan 2014 I weighed 177.2! That's 76.8lbs!! I think
  3. You will definitely get there!! I wish I could say some fabulous words of wisdom, but it's all thanks to my fabulous sleeve!! I just listen to my body now. I try not to graze, and only eat when my little friend is truly hungry (which is never). I honestly wish I could say I hit the gym everyday but I don't want to lie. Now I do have a very active lifestyle and I have so much more energy now that I have begun my weight loss journey.
  4. I agree protein and biotin maybe help but my Dr. Said it's a waiting game and everyone was different it's just "collateral damage" just like stretch marks and saggy skin. That doesn't affect everyone just "some people" but for those people it can be horrible! So I'm off to take my vitamins and count my hairs
  5. I know sizes and weight are crazy like that. Thanks I feel a lot healthier, if that makes sense. But in the mirror I still see myself as overweight....
  6. I'm right at 5'9 maybe just a little less.
  7. Alright...here's my check-in I was .3lbs shy of making my New Year's Goal of 176 so my V-day goal is....166!! Ugh...I think I can, I think I can CW: 177.2 GW: 166 Thanks Bea!!!
  8. Well I actually just bought a 7/8!!! I feel so great!!!
  9. Count me in Bea!!! You really do help keep us at accountable and think this is what has made me make every goal I set on here!!!
  10. I am 5 months out and I have lost approx half the thickness of my hair which was very very thick and long. I am daily saddened and worried about my hair loss. I have started some new vitamins and I use nixion, not sure if it helps or not. I have been curious from some of the veterans how long before their hair was back to normal? Good luck!
  11. My goal was 176 & I just weighed 177.1 so I'm gonna say I made goal
  12. Thanks guys. I almost broke down crying tonight...it's gotten so thin! I like the collateral damage way of thinking I just wish I knew for sure it'd "ALL" grow back!
  13. Not yet, I'm at 176 now I'd like to get to a 7/8 around 150.
  14. Did I really go from a size 22 to a 9/10 in less than 6m?! YES I DID!!! All hail the sleeve!!!
  15. I think I will try adding in the good fats too.
  16. Surgery date 7/10 SW: 254 CW: 177 GW: 155 Ya!! 22lbs from goal!! I went from a size 22 to a size 9 already! So happy just wish the hair shedding would stop before I'm bald!!!
  17. A day late but I'm 179.5! Three lbs till goal!!!!
  18. Measure your body! I noticed when I was stuck in a stall I would lose inches
  19. It's ok to fall off the wagon, it's when you remain off the wagon when you have a problem. Shake it off, you got this! I had to do the 6m diet and it will fly by!
  20. Everyone has different consumption needs according to what kind of physical activity you do. I eat around 800-1000 calories a day. I just find I feel sluggish and overly stuffed if I try to eat more. But that's my body and sleeve everyone is different. good luck!
