Anybody from Albany area (NY that is)??

I had mine 4/10.
I was not nervous the entire.process- just excited...
Then 4/10 came, I was still nothing but excited. Reported to hospital, got all set, talked.to Dr and OR nurse- still excited ...anesthesiologist came in and I burst out in tears, even a little feeling of 'i can't do this' ..thank god.the anesthesia Dr was there for my meltdown because he gave.me a chill out shot and everything was good with the world again
I must say- 2.5 weeks out and I am SO GLAD I didn't chicken out, I'm positive this surgery is the.best thing I've done for myself possibly ever!
Recovery isn't.horrible.at all- be excited

Uncomfortable is the word my Dr used... Not exactly the word(s) I would use!

I had the same problem ..all of my pain was at drain site- my Dr. Told me to give it some time .. about a week later I felt better. As far as a hernia goes, no clue. I had I've repaired at surgery time but didn't know I had it ..call your Dr and double check.

I had a banana today..that's right - an entire banana!!!! Literally took me hours to eat it and that's all I had but I feel great!!! What a huge difference from yesterday

I'm a secretary so its a.desk job.
I have zero stomach / incision pain at this point thank God ...I'm not.sure I could handle both.

1st day back to work and I feel like death!
(Sleeved April 10th)
My body, like my muscles- actually feel weak and ache.horribly
Normal I'm guessing?

Ughh..my shoulders hurt for a while - and my neck..my RN friends told me it was gas believe it or not. It did go away though (thank god)

I had mine April 10th too! How are you holding up?
