  1. Did you want advice from people who haven't loss weight?? Lol Last bit of advice (although you may not want to hear it).. Start again from the beginning. Back to liquid diet, full liquids, soft, then solids. Maybe you can train yourself to eat a little less at a sitting.
  2. Ok, I have 2 lbs to goal, so I'll just include myself. I lost 0 lbs before surgery. And I was also self pay.

Every woman looks hot in a bustier- and it puts things where they belong. Lol
  4. My doc said not to count calories either. But obviously, something isn't working well.
  5. I'm wondering about those calories too. I rarely get over 1000 (and that's if I'm eating out). Maybe try eating less at a sitting? I was always told no more than 1/2 cup at a sitting.
  6. Girl, you look amazing. If I wasn't married, I would chase you till I caught you. Phahaha! Thanks. You made my day!
  7. But it didn't go crazy until about month 4 or 5.
  8. Mine is crazy I was always regulated very well by the pill (which I stopped right before surgery). It's completely irregular / ADD/ BiPolar/ it has no idea what it's doing now. A day, 3 days, 15 days, missed, spotting. It's insane. Oh well, I'll just deal for now.
  9. How many times a day are you eating? Are you getting your water in?
  10. Hi everyone! Suggestions please: I'm looking for the best app for my iPhone to track my distance and time when I run or walk. And I don't want something overly complicated that tracks a bunch of other things. But I don't want it to automatically post it to social media (like FB) either. AND I want to be able to listen to my iTunes at the same time... Wow, I sound picky! LOL There are so many to choose from! What ones do y'all like best?
  11. B. S. !!!! YOU be happy for YOU. And don't be afraid to share your joy!!
  12. In a hospital, we do NOT consider 99 a fever. You're right, >101 is what we treat. However, you are not in a hospital. So, I'd suggest letting your doc know about your temp and also that you are taking Tylenol.
  13. Well, thank you! Before when I looked at before/ after pics, I would think-- that's not the same person! Now people say that about me!! LOL
  14. That's fantastic! Congratulations!
  15. Quest. Easiest to eat, filling, and yummy.
  16. I've NEVER heard of that. I'd love to know.
  17. It's scary. But it will slow down. It's emotional and it sucks but it gets better. I also took vitamins, got my protein, and used a special shampoo. Now at 7 months, my hair loss has slowed quite a bit and I'm even seeing regrowth.
