Quest Cinnamon Roll. Tasty AND filling! i love the PBJ ones as well but way too many calories so I avoid them.

Quest apple pie is DELISH!

Quest. Easiest to eat, filling, and yummy. :)

I tried Quest chocolate cookie dough I think it was...and I nuked it in microwave on a plate. O.m.g.

The others I will have are pure Protein bars.

But....I only eat the bars in a real pinch...their too many carbs for my personal preference.

If I eat one. which is very rare. most of them have to many ingredience I cant read and wayyyy to much sugar. But if I do, I get a Larabar. Its the lesser of all the evils. with a very minamal amount of sugar.

Thanks for the info! I won't make them a staple of my diet, but when in a pinch nurse and Nut both suggested I grab a Protein bar instead of a shake now because it will last longer and be more filling.

I asked them which are better and they gave me a whole list of them...so I figured, I'd ask those that have already been there and done that.

Thanks again guys!

Mine are Power Crunch...I love love love the chocolate mint (think-thin mints) and vanilla creme, but they have several flavors...they are available online at the Vitamin Shoppe at a really good price... low carbs and sugar...I keep one in my purse at all times for "emergencies"... i.e. I'm out and about and feeling the hunger pangs..
