I was wondering if anyone had a problem with "floating" laying out on a raft float after surgery. I got sleeved on Monday, June 24th. So, I am out 11 days. I was thinking of putting on waterproof band aids and just laying on the float, no soaking. Any suggestions, or should I wait 4 weeks? Thanks in advance!

Use 2 strips at a time also use a heating pad. Such great relief! This to shall pass!

Congrats sister! !! I can't believe you are a size four!!!! No extra skin?! AMMMMAZING!!! DID YOU lots of weight lifting , drink tons of Water, to avoid extra skin? Also , how old are you? You should be sooooo proud of yourself!!! You are a doll!!! Congrats again, & YOU are TURLY an inspiration! !!

It's totally normal. You have had only liquid & you will be fine. Word to the wise, keep up with your liquids! Week 2 was a lil' "rough" , I had been short on liquids and ended up sooooo constipated! !!! ( got to a point where I just could not drink anymore) I got some Mirrilax & that helped, but it was awwwwful! Best of luck! -

Have you tried the Isopure drinks, not the shakes? I also noticed taking Biotin and Omega fish oils help also along with getting protein in. good luck!

I've never noticed the caffeine in it. I do thought sip on a bottle all day with ice. I also freeze it for Popsicles and never noticed a difference with the caffeine. Good luck!

If you mix the isopure with crysta light or mio, no you can't taste it. shake well before each sip. also I found that the. Coconut flavor was the closest to having no flavor. I thought I'd hate it cuz Iam not a coconut person. Turns out to be kne of my favorites! -

I forgot to add that I freeze them as popsicles and are a great treat!!! If you do buy them at the Vitamin SHOPPE, have them sleeve the bubble wrap so the don't clank. They have it and some of them get stingy with it. But if I'm paying $4.19 a bottle, I am getting them sleeved In bubble wrap!! -

I love the blue ones mixed with crystal light lemonade! Looks like lime green. Very tastey. Also I like the coconut.I thought I'd hate it but love it! Grape frost isn't bad either. Personal choice I guess. I bought one of each and found what I liked. I fill my blender cup with ice and pour the isopure in and sip on it all day. ( I add more til bottle is gone.) -
