My doc told me to wait 4weeks!!! Even in a private pool because the risk of chemical infection. I'm heartbroken as well.

Great job so far!!! I'm really feeling depressed. I'm on day 7 of pre-op (june 24th is my date!), started my cycle Thursday & want to eat everything! I'm on a low carb diet & nothing is satisfying me. Today I had a protein shake for breakfast.then went to Hooters for fathers day and ate 10, Yes 10 naked wings with blue cheese! It's 8 hours later and I know I need to eat cuz Iam dying of NOOO ENERGY! I NEED SOME SUPPORT. I'M scared to get onthe scale now. Anyone out there having a rough time? Maybe I should just do liquids the rest of the week? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Gonna get me some tomorrow!!! I'm doing low carb diet day 7 and hardly eating cuz nothing sounds good. But energy super low. Basically drinking Protein drinks and shakes. Would love this!!! Thanks for the tip!

I haven't been sleeved yet (24th), but I've seen people say use a heating pad on area of where it hurts for those gas pains. Mother Nature woke me up as well...but I had to "tinkle"! sending prayers to all of you to stop hurting!

I use my fitness pal as well and love it!

For me it was reaching the 301 point! Food was not satisfying to me so why not try losing weigh!?! I had been researching this for about two years and watched three people I know go through this and finally decided after visiting this site, that NOW is the time. I'm down to 285 &doing low carbs right now and plan on getting sleeved on June 24th. I hope all goes well for all fellow sleevers !

I've not been sleeved yet and the stress of it all has made me lose a ton of hair! I've been taking 10mg. Of Bioton and fish oil for the past two weeks. Not seeing a change yet. You may wanna try it. Good luck!

I bought them at a store called "The Vitamin Shoppe" . They are in glass bottles. Run about $4.00 but sooooo worth it! Each bottle has 40 grams of protein.my favs are cocnut, blue raspberry & grape frost. I mix the blue with half leomade crystal lite and LOVVVE IT! I drink on the bottle through out the day. I start with my blender glass filled with ice and keep adding ice as it melts or Crystal light. I get my protein and water in this way! Lovvve it.

Ohh don't worry it will fly by and you will learn so much on here that you will sooooo happy! Congrats on Your rebirth date!
