70lbs = 10lbs a month - not bad at all. If you didn't have this surgery, would you be down 70lbs? Losing slower is healthier. Are you getting enough Protein and Water? With only being able to take 3 bites, it sounds like you aren't really getting enough nutrition. Maybe speak to your doc or NUT.

CONGRATS on losing 70 lbs. It is frustrating when you can only eat 3 bites of something. Have you spoke with your doctor lately? BTW my weight loss slowed way down at around 7 months so don't be discouraged if it happens to you. Just keep doing what your doing now.
