So on Tuesday I went for my 2 month checkup. Surgery 4/8 - 554lbs One month - 489lbs Two month - 469 lbs! Lost another 20 lbs and I'm super happy. I am working out now and walking all the time. It's amazing what it feels like to have energy!

I'm in Rochester, NY and we have Abbots frozen custard. They have the best frozen custard on the planet, and they have a no sugar added, fat free custard that is DELICIOUS!

63 LBS!!! I am so excited that I almost passed out at my Dr's today. I weighed 552 on the day of my surgery and today I weighed at 489LBS. My Dr was very happy and cleared me for stage 4. I asked if this was normal and he said someone my size would lose quicker, but I'm definitely ahead of schedule. I'll be honest, I had some thoughts of regret right after the surgery, but then I really focused and it is paying off. I still hate protein drinks, but I've found other ways o get my protein like eggs or peanut butter on a spoon have really helped.

Thank u all for your ideas. I can't stand the thought of protein shakes anymore!

Hi all. I was sleeved on Monday April 8, and I'm on my full liquids stage now and I need help. I absolutely HATE protein shakes. Does anyone have any other options I can use to get my protein? Any help would be very appreciated. Thank u!

Hello everyone. This is awesome to have so many people going through what I'm going through. I'm so excited to get this surgery done. I've been big my whole life, so this will be a whole new world for me. I'm 6'5 and weigh 550 lbs and I can't imagine how much happier I will be when I can actually shop at a normal store or fit in a movie seat comfortably again. Oh yeah, I hate this pre op liquid diet, but it's worth it!

Not gonna lie, I'm pumped too. Been big my whole life, so this will be a whole new world! Haha
