  thats awesome. i just got into a size 14 as well for pants coming from size 22 and i have one dress that is a 12! i agree with you on the tops right away i pick up an XL still just to be modest. i wasnt brave enough to buy a bathing suit this year, hopefully next year.

  sometimes you just have to force yourself to try stuff on at the store and look in the mirror! i still pick up things and think theres now way im getting into this when in reality it does fit. its just your mind playing tricks!

Whoa! Whooshed right past 250 last night. I had stalled for so long and now in the last couple of weeks I've lost over 10 pounds. My body is still very sore from working out but I am still going out on a long hike today through the North Georgia Mountains.
