Hey Angie' date=' I think it must be different from one to another because I was only a bit swollen for a couple days and never noticed any after that. I am also very bruised, but then I bruise very easily anyway. I feel awful about all you've gone through and I wish you a quick recovery from here out. {{ hugs}}Kristine from Seattle[/quote']
Did you do a revision and sleeve in one surgery. My revision is may2 and im trying to brace myself on how I will feel vi didn't feel bad after band
-
I was just wondering about weight watchers. Would sleeve patients lose weight if counted points? I know that we are suppose to watch carbs and all of that' date=' but also Portion Control. Bananas are high in carbs, but free points on weight watchers. I was curious to see if anyone does weight watchers points and still lose weight?[/quote']I started ww 2 months prior to surgery so I got used to tracking it also sped up approval from insurance

This is thru the obesity coalition.. you have to have your drs office fill out the form for the most part and fax it in.. BUT you get a huge bottle of calcuim citrate chewables (500 i think).. Vitamins.. B12 sublingual.. and Iron. All thru Bariatric Advantage and bariatric approved. Did this today for myself.I can't find form

I had my band removed (Thank GOD!) and was sleeved April 2. I literally had no success w/ the band. After losing the first 28 lbs and then regaining it all back' date=' I had stayed at the same weight since I got the band in Oct. 2009. So, it's now 11 days VSG post op, and I'm down 14 lbs. I've "recovered" remarkably well, but am dealing more with the emotional issues. Taking it one day at a time![/quote']How is your recovery I revise on may 2 and am wondering how I feel compared to lapband post op. My bmi is 34 8

Some times you get lactose intolerant and my nut said to get crystal light or Water flavoring because some people can taste metal in Water. Get samples of Protein what you before surgery you may not like after. Look at about time Protein two dollars a pack several favors and ship free under samples

I had the band for 3.5 years. Getting revision may 2 at the Brigham in Boston I had smooth sailing with lapband recovery but I'm a bit tense for this. Any insights or thoughts. Are revision more apt for swelling. Any helpful thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
