I am fine, RJ, was just a little bored and lonely last night as DH was out of town. Major triggers in my old life, so I had some popsicles and hit the sack and stayed within that dreaded calorie goal! NSV for me!

  12. NSV's and body changes! This is the first weight loss journey I have encountered where I look in the mirror and see obvious changes in my body. I am getting compliments and feeling good in my clothes! It's a new world!

  15. I finally weighed myself in my birthday suit and saw a 4 pound weight loss caused by the lack of clothing. I usually weigh at the doctors' office. The scale is in the hall. Think they'd be bothered if I start weighing in the buff? I am a hot ticket these days! ;P

  16. Mmm...had a gluten free crab cake for lunch at a restarant. Lots of leftovers! That's a new development! :)

I bought a cup of it at our local natural store. I am not usually a squash soup person, but I love curry! I know it had chicken stock, pulled chicken breast, carrots, spinach, and of course the squash and curry seasoning. You can find a lot of good recipes for squash soup online. It was pretty high in carbs, but then again, the fiber made it all worth it!

  21. My evil husband made nachos for the Superbowl last night. (MAJOR slider food for me.) And I didn't even touch them! Not one! Yay me!

You should try tasters choice decaf single in a vanilla protein shake. It takes just like ice coffee from Starbucks. I loved it during preop diet. Hope this helps!

    2. Teachamy

      Teachamy

Thanks for your sympathy! They don't want me drinking decaf. either. (Because of the acid) until 3 months post-op, but I'm only 6 weeks out and rapidly losing my resolve! I will try your idea. Thank you!

  23. OMG! I WANT COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGG!
