I have weight myself yet I feel so much lighter. everyone keeps asking and surprises when I tell him I dont weight myself

Three weeks out tomorrow and I have hit my biggest goal yet! I am under 400!!i am officially 398!!

Had to get out of the house after my walk this morning , so I went and visied my cousin that lives about a hr, away and my 20 yr, old went with me we had some good laughs , & watched the superbowl , had a good time.

Yesterday I had to go home and change pants (big hole on side,no idea how), I grabbed a pair of pants and tried on and thought these must be older pair, they fit loose) I got home and they were a size 12P, wow total NSV!
