Yesterday and this morning I have been just winded walking up and down our stairs. I can only assume it is because on the full liquid stage I am not consuming a lot of food for energy and not getting enough protein. It is somewhat frustrating.

Have lost 40 lbs since Pre-op diet and not one soul has noticed (except me). I don't mind it though, I dread any attention to my weight at all.

NSV of the day, there is a gap between my boot and my leg!!! This is a first since buying them last summer/begining of fall!!!!

looking at BMIs and i'm considered SUPER morbidly obese. i know i'm obese, but i dont feel SUPER MORBILY.

Why does my heart start beating hard after I eat? I can feel it pounding until the food is well out of the sleeve!

Major NSV yesterday!! I was able to take off my wedding ring and band that I haven't been able to take off in 7 years. You'd think I would want to keep it off for awhile but I cleaned it and put it right back on.
