  11. I was sleeved april 3rd I'm 4 week post op.. I promise it gets better..I am currently on puree foods and I graduated to solids in a week. What really helped me get through the begining was keeping busy and have a variety of liquids and broths and icepops. What you guys are feeling is completly normal. I was a wreck in the begining. The reward of the weigtloss is what has kept me motivated and on track. Also remembering why you did this in the first place is a huge factor. Hang in there it will get easier.
  12. Thank you everyone I will continue the liquids and and protien and just wait..lol
  13. Thank you I'm hoping this stall breaks soon..I'm deff gonna add walking into the mix.. let see what happens..
  14. I was sleeved on april 3rd I am 4 weeks post op. My starting weight was 228 and as of today I am 201. I have been stalled since week 3..I got my cycle on 3rd week..I sure that doesn't help.. my doctor had me on a clear liquid diet for the first 2 week no protien. Now I'm on all liquids with protien and I'm not sure how much protien to consume.. my doctor really dosnt have many guidelines and my NUT only really talks to me about my relationship with food which is fine but I'm trying to as much weight as possible. How many grams of protiens, carbs, and calories should I be consuming. I'm supposed to move to puree this week and I'm scared because I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks.. oh and I really don't exercise could that be the reason..I walk but not much..Any advice would help..
  15. I feel your pain also had surgery april 3 and I have not lost anything since Friday.. I also got my cycle so that might have something to do with it but it is truley annoying..can't wait to see that scale move again.. hanging in there..

  19. It could be your getting sick but it can also that u need to eat something before you take the vitamin. Sometimes vitamins are to strong for the stomach to diesgest. I take the same vitamins but they upset my tummy in the morning so I changed the time of day. I now take it before bed and havnt had any issues..Good luck to you:)
  20. I had me sleeve done on 4/3 and I must say that I'm begining to miss food and the gas pains are also killing me..cannot wait until I feel better and move on from this clear liquid stage. Trying to hang in there..
