So today is exactly 3 months since my surgery. I am proud to say the I have officially lost 50lbs!!!!! That is amazing! I would have never have been able to accomplish this without my sleeve. I have 40 lbs to goal and i am extremely motivated to reach this goal by my 6 months. Lets see if i make it:) Seriously :wub: my sleeve!!

Hey everyone so today I am one month post op I am excited to say that i have lost 30 lbs. 10 pre op and 20 post op. This journey has been difficult at time but it worth it in the end:) I have attached a picture what do you think.

Hello everyone So i just anted to let everyone know increased me my protein to about 65 g and i'm drinking my 64 oz and i started walking about a mile i am happy to report that I have lost 3 lbs. My stall broke:) I'm a happy camper again . Thank you everyone for all the input and advice.
