Sleeved May 15. Down 52 lbs and 4 sizes! Co- morbidities resolved and I feel fantastic!

As of my 3 month post-op appointment, I am down 45 pounds!! However, I really do need to start being more consistent with working out.

Hi All,
Doing better. My stall broke and the scale is on the move again. Sleeved may 20th SW 225 today 191. Feeling good, but need to work on getting in the protein!

I have a stomach bug but I hit Onederland today! So exciting! Hopefully when I am not sick my weight doesn't creep up over 200lbs!

May 20th sleeved. Finally hit onederland this morning! So happy this was my first goal! On to the next small goal! They seem more attainable if I set them small! Feeling good even though its been tough learning new ways to cook and having to try new and healthy foods. This is what its all about! So my happy for today is hitting my first goal.

Thanks everyone for the information. I guess when you try year after year to lose weight and then it just starts falling off you think "this can't be right".

christienaz hun the only thing "not normal" is you being concerned about losing to much weight!!!

Same has been happening to me!! I am just sitting back and enjoying the ride... Day of surgery 263 today's weight 242. Surgery date May 16th.
