  3. http://www.thyroid.org/blood-test-for-thyroid/. Here's good article about T3. T4 and TSH hormones. Getting your level of TSH tested will tell you if you've got enough T4. Really you need to have a blood test for all three. pre-surgery weight 325; surgery date 2/28/2013; surgery weight 307; 8 weeks past-op weight 281.4; 12 weeks post-op 274
  4. I too have Hashimotos. I think my weight-loss has been average and has goon faster than I expected, 51lbs including pre-op. I stayed the same this week which is the first time that has happened. I've had a few weeks where I only lost 1lb. I have had to reduce my synthroid slightly. pre-surgery weight 325; surgery date 2/28/2013; surgery weight 307; 8 weeks past-op weight 281.4; 12 weeks post-op 274
