Any good protein powders that are unflavored sold in stores not online?

I also have pcos. I have most of the same symptoms as you. I had my first child at 17 weighed about 190. Then about 6 months later my husband and I started trying to conceive. My first was a surprise blessing no trying involved. Anyway I gained about 70 pounds and could not get pg it took 5 yrs and me losing 30 pounds. I wasn't diagnosed with pcos until about 8 yrs ago my baby is 11. I knew I had it all along but wasn't diagnosed. Wanted to get bypass yrs ago but insurance denied I feel like this is my time.

I talked to my nutritionist and she told me to try making the shakes in the blender with ice and also said I can have a piece of meat a day which sounds so good right now dont know how much it can change the taste by using ice and a blender but at this point I have nothing to lose.

Ive come so far I dont want to give up but the protein is killing me

I will try that. In the mean time I guess ill continue to hold my nose and chugg

Thanks everybody I don't like shakes in general so im already at a disadvantage. Im hoping the unflavored or chicken soup is decent because im eating popsicles more than anything I need protein

I dont have those stores here. I have sams but not a member ugh. Is there any unflavored protein I could mix with something

I want to try the ones at sams. Im nervous because I've cheated already so hungry and even though I hold my nose and chug I still vomit a little. Ive tried adding crystal light too nothing works.

I really dont know how to work this so hopefully I can see if anyone replies. My surgery is scheduled for April 5th and im struggling with my 2 week liquid diet. The shakes are gross. I can't switch brands yet because I paid 110 dollars for these so ive been holding my nose and chugging. I know I can't do that after surgery and hopefully ill find a shake I can tolerate. Anyway im 286 now I started at 305 my goal is 150. I have pcos high blood pressure and a few other problems which are the main reasons im doing this. I appreciate positive energy prayers and any tips I can get.
