  1. I just started as well. My final appointment is November 26th. Good luck to you!
  2. yeah my aunts malamute turnedOut to be a great family dog.
  3. my aunt got a malamute cause they are beautiful dogs. She was going to get a rot but instead she drove 4 hours to pick up a baby malamute. My teacher bought a golden doodle cause she loves that specific breed and how fluffy they are. I am buying a corgi because they are adorable, small and very obedient and easy to train.
  4. lots of people get dogs based off of looks and how cute they are. And I mean lots. You can't really judge a kitten or a puppy when you go to look at them on their personality. I do not like the way pitbulls look so I would never get one. I do not like those cats that naturally have no hair so I didn't get one. I forgot to say my 3 year old cat was adopted so I'm done adopting for now. She's a great cat but like I said I want to be able to be there from the start with a dog.
  5. i think so. There are many of options. But 2.400$ is a lot less than self paying. Just save up if all else fails.
  6. there are no purebred corgis in pounds and I'm not adopting another rescue. I want a pembroke welsh puppy. I want to be the one to train it . Maybe when I'm old but for my first dog I'm deffinetly getting a puppy of my choice. Also there isn't a overpopulation of corgis otherwise I would consider.
  7. It depends. Some people like to be left alone and people like me would rather have company.
  8. id like to add the fact that adopting animals isn't always a great solution. I adopted a mini ausie and no one told me she had jealousy problems with male humans. My bf and I live together and she would growl and bite him if he tried to touch me. I found a place who takes rescues but found out she ran away and was never found. That being said when I get a place with some acreage soon I will be buying a purebred corgi puppy.
  9. exactly she's a mix.
  10. I don't care for pit bulls. There is way to many of them and they aren't that great looking. I am a corgi fan
  11. Well it is idk possible that maybe some people go straight to the company instead of blasting it on the Internet. I highly doubt a guy would lose his job over one flimsy claim
  12. you can quit acting like you know every claim is false
  13. you are jumping to conclusions based off of a person you know and a mental disorder you don't know much about.
  14. im bi polar and I don't go around telling story's to get attention. Bi polar is a mood disorder. It doesn't cause people to make up outrageous stories or purposely ruin people's life. Shame on you to say that just because you know one person who has bi polar.
  15. I remember the long thread about rolla when she was all about vanity and had a really low BMI and people thought she was doing it for the wrong reasons..I wouldn't be surprised if it was her lol
  16. I know how you feel. My last appointment will be November 26th and going through all this to be denied would crush me
  17. I was asked to lose 20 before surgery by my surgeon. My dietician is is working on my habits. It all depends on the program/center you go to. Mine is a center of excellence.
  18. Sounds great! I will try this. Thank you!
  19. I have to lose 20 >.<
  20. I heated the water before I put the mix in. Is that wrong? Lol
  21. my dietician didn't put me on a diet yet. She set goals for me like walking a mile every other day and to stop drinking caffeinated tea (I don't drink coffee or energy drinks) and to start working on yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast. Basically she takes things slow and wants to work on habits. Every dietician is different though
  22. Yep my last appointment is nov 26th
  23. My 2nd appointment out of 6th is on the 23rd...my last appointment is on the 26th of November =.= seems like forever and i need to lose 20 pounds as well
