    Hi everyone, Great to see such a support system out there. I have been contemplating wls for 6 years and finally have come to peace with it. Actually excited! I have been to the 1st surgeon appt, the 1st nutritionist appt, and have my first family doctor visit in 1 week. I have blue cross of Alabama, so my insurance requires 6 months of monitored weight loss with documentation by my family physician. Goal surgery date is end of January for my 46th bday.
