    Where is my March Sleeves?

I was sleeved 3/6. I stalled for 3 weeks at week 2 but now losing again. I'm down 33 lbs and 2 clothes sizes.
  2. I was sleeved March 6th. I've lost 30 lbs with 14 being pre op. I stalled at the start of week 3 and have stayed there for 3 weeks. I could feel my body changing the first two weeks of stall but now I'm just stuck. Totally frustrated. I tried on everything in my closet and cleared out two bags of clothes that were too big two weeks into the stall. That encouraged me for a while but now I'm frustrated again. I finally took my measurements for the first time last night. I'm hoping to see progress there again. I'm also taking pictures of myself in the same workout outfit every two weeks for comparison. Patience is not a virtue I have. Struggling to get 60 oz of water in. But otherwise staying the course. Did I mention I am frustrated?
  3. Thanks. I'm working from home today and will rest. Sillygirlee I looked at some of your other posts. Did you have Dr Nick? I heard the same story about the yogurt
  4. I was sleeved March 6th with gallbladder removal at the same time and was recovering remarkably well. Started doing a mile on the treadmill at 8 days out. Started back to work 2 weeks out. First day back went great until 4 pm. Left side started with dull ache muscle pain near the main incision where stomach was removed. Went home and crashed. Woke up sore and headed to work. Halfway there my side started really hurting again. Roughed it out until 1 pm and then had to go home. Called doc and they said it was normal to have muscle pain as it stretches. I hadn't taken pain meds since day two but had to take some when I got home. This pain was worse than any other I experienced. Laid down with heating pad for rest of day. Just before bed last night I had a few ounces of 1% milk and then took pain meds. I drank the 3 tsp all at once instead of slowly sipping it down. Worst decision EVER. Shortly there after stomach started burning and hurting. Some of the worst pain from pressure that I have experienced in my life. I was pacing and deep breathing. Literally thought I would pass out from the pain. Tried Prilosec and Gasx strip. Nothing stopped the pain. Finally became horribly nauseous and threw up pain meds. I can't explain how horrible this was. Pain subsided for a few minutes but kept coming back every 5-7 minutes. Took zofran for nausea and it dulled pain but still kept coming back. By now it's 2 am and I'm dozing off sitting up between pain episodes. Finally sipped 2 oz of protein drink and pain subsided. I am worried that throwing up and the extreme pressure in my stomach will have caused a leak. Everything was going picture perfect before that. Should I be concerned? Btw I will NEVER take pain meds other than Tylenol again. No amount of pain is worth what I went through last night. Sorry for the long post.

    March 6th

I was sleeved on March 6th and also had my gallbladder removed at the same time. My gallbladder actually burst during the surgery but the doctor was able to handle it well and I've had no complications from it. I'm recovering well. By the 6th day I started to feel pretty good. I'm 15 days out and had to come home from work today because the muscles near the incision where they removed my stomach are causing lots of pain as they stretch and heal. Just went back to work yesterday so probably pain from that. I'm on liquids until next Wednesday. Looking forward to chewing something again. I'm already down 27 lbs. 14 on 2 week pre op diet and 13 since the surgery. All the pain has been worth it already. Heating pad is helping with muscle healing.
