LiggleLiggle replied to devonmae's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I did and I have heard of others that have also. The good news is it will pass, but not as quickly as you would like. I am almost 7 weeks out and I regain strength and stamina each day. -
I f you want to know, ask my husband, better yet, don't, it will bring back all the pain and torment I caused him . My emotions were all over the place. It does pass!

Every doctor is different but my instructions say eat for no more than 30 minutes and then quit. I set my phone alarm and then eat what's left at another meal.

LiggleLiggle replied to nakole73's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I had my revision and hernia repair on a Wednesday and was released from the hospital on Saturday. I had planned on working Monday ( I work from home as an accountant) and I tried each day but didn't start back until the following Monday and then I tired easily. If I was you, I would give myself more time. -

WLS excluded, but Hernia repair covered
LiggleLiggle replied to eLinor's topic in Insurance & Financing
I had a hernia repair which required band removal and the doctor gave me a fantastic deal on the sleeve as my insurance didn't cover WLS. They did cover band removal and hernia repair. I feel so blessed and I tell my dr that every time I see him! -
Your BEST NSV to date!
LiggleLiggle replied to TES's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was at a baseball game last Friday to cheer my grand nephew on and it got VERY cold so I asked his dad if I could go to the house and, of course, he said yes. They have a key in a lock case but when I got there I realized someone has locked the top lock and the key is only for the bottom one. I actually fit through the doggie door!!!! -
Good job, well done!
