  5. I'm in North Hollywood :-) I go hiking at wildwood park it's just behind Burbank HS. I was sleeved on 9/10 and would like to have someone to exercise with. Oh and congratulations on your date.. I'm loving my new stomach so far .
  6. Hello everyone, my surgery was on the 10th also. So how is everyone doing? As for me, well it's been pretty smooth sailing other then one day of constipation . I'm evening going back to work a week earlier :-) Starting weight 247 Surgery Date : 208 Today's weight : 198
  7. It is very good and it has 7 grams of carbs and 32 cal with 1 gram fiber for 1/2 cup. As for the protein , I didn't add it to the first batch but will be adding it the next one

  9. Hello, I'm doing very well, Thank you . although I was having a hard time getting all the protein and water in the first few days. But the last two day I've been able to get in 60 grams of protein... Woot woot. Far as pain or bad gas none I'm a very happy camp. How are things with you?

  11. Wow! It felt really good to put some food in my new tummy today . A good friend of mine made me home made Butternut squash cream soup . It was so good. So what in going to do is make a big pot and freeze it in half cup containers .
  12. I'm sipping , but to be honest I may have drank it a little faster then I should have. Right now I'm nursing a 1/2 bottle of Isopure and it been about 45 minute and I don't feel like I put a dent in it.

  14. I had my surgery on the 10 th and so far so good, the water goes down fine but after drinking a 1/2 bottle of Isopure my stomach is blowed .. I feel so full .. Has anyone else experienced that?
  15. I'm on day one of stage 1 , so yes thank you for sharing.. I'm not hungry at all but that sure looked good.. And it helps to know in just a few months I can eat again
